This year the ars viva price for Visual Arts of the Cultural Group of the German Economy goes to Jan Paul Evers (*1982), Leon Kahane (*1985) and Jumana Manna (*1987).
The jury chaired by Ulrich Sauerwein, members of the Visual Arts board, Mathild Legemah and Franziska Rieger (Cultural Group of the German Economy), this year’s curators Dr. Annegret Laabs (art musteum Kloster Unser Lieben Frauen, Magdeburg), Moritz Wesseler (Kölnischer Kunstverein) and Zita Cobb (Shorefast Foundation). Nicolaus Schafhausen (Kunsthalle Wien) were members of the jury.
